Don Cummings

Don is the Founder and President of Aptus Search. He has nineteen years of experience in executive retained search, technical recruiting, corporate talent acquisition and temporary/contract placement.

The majority of Don’s experience has involved working closely with entrepreneurs, company founders, investors and board members, helping them to identify and hire highly specialized key executives and technologists. His industry experience includes semiconductor technology, optical communications, wireless communications, chemicals and medical devices.

Prior to Aptus, Don was Director of Talent Acquisition at Salient Surgical Technologies, a medical device company, and Vice President at ZyMac, Inc., a retained executive search firm.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Lowell.
